Resolution requests, provider options, expired holds, idempotent retries, webhooks, and sandbox transactions do not count toward your booking allowance.
A booking is counted once when it is successfully confirmed. Rescheduling the same booking does not create another billable transaction. Bookings created manually through the professional dashboard do not count toward API limits.
What is an active professional?
An active professional is a provider who has availability enabled or participates in a production provider-resolution transaction during the billing period. Each professional is counted only once per billing period.
